UK:

Delivery is free for orders €500+
Delivery is €21.95 for orders under €500
Delivery between 2 – 5 working days

EU:

Delivery is free for orders €500+
Delivery is €25.95 for orders under €500
Delivery time between 2 - 7 working days (depending on your location)

 

SHIPPING

Your order will be typically dispatched the next working day. We will send you a confirmation email once the order has been sent. All orders will be packed in discreet packaging. Orders that are received before 1pm are typically dispatched the same day (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Orders received after 1pm will be dispatched the next working day but when possible, will also be dispatched on the same day. Please note all orders are tracked and will require a signature therefore we suggest you choose a delivery address where someone will be there to receive the items ordered. We use AnPost (Irish postal service) therefor packages will be delivered by AnPost (within Ireland) or by your country's nation postal service. 

 

IMPORT DUTY / CUSTOM CHARGES

If you are placing an order for delivery outside the European Union (EU), please be aware that your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees levied by your country’s customs authorities. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

• We are legally required to declare the full value of the goods on all packages and cannot mark items as gifts.
• Any delays caused by customs clearance are beyond our control.
